Top GOP Lawmakers Criticize Union Carve-Outs In Cadillac Tax Guidance

Senate Finance Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Wednesday (Feb. 25) sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Jack Lew saying that an IRS guidance released Monday on the ACA’s “Cadillac tax” panders too much to organized labor unions.
