Sunshine Law's Deadline For Provider-Pay Reports Is March 31

Drug and device manufacturers and group purchasing organizations should submit 2014 provider-payment records to the Open Payments database and attest to their accuracy by Tuesday (March 31), CMS said in a reminder to stakeholders Monday. Tuesday is also the final day for manufacturers and GPOs to update 2013 data before it is published at the end of June.
