A group of seven Democratic senators urge FDA to quickly finalize its controversial menu labeling guidance in a letter Friday (April 15) to HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell. The Democrats' push comes after Congress delayed implementation of the menu labeling rule as part of December's omnibus spending plan and after House appropriators again called for a delay in a spending bill cleared Wednesday (April 13).
