Report: Decision For King Would Compound Impact Of Medicaid Ruling In Non-Expansion States

A Supreme Court decision rendering subsidies illegal for states using Healthcare.gov would compound the impact of the court's 2012 decision that allowed states to opt out of expanding Medicaid, and put 9.8 million people in 20 non-expansion states at risk of losing coverage, according to a new brief penned by Urban Institute researchers.
