Portman Opposes TPP In 'Current Form,' Dislikes Biologics Provisions

Senate Finance Committee member Rob Portman (R-OH) on Thursday (Feb. 4) formally announced his opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) "in its current form," citing dissatisfaction with the deal's terms on market exclusivity for biologic drugs, among other concerns.
