Oregon Regulators Ordering Zoom To Honor Co-Op Payments

Oregon's Division of Financial Regulation is ordering Zoom Health Plan to count deductibles and out-of-pocket payments already made by Oregon's Health CO-OP customers toward their new coverage, and said regulators are still working with insurers on back-end operations for sending out those members' information on deductible and out-of-pocket maximums. “The CO-OP customer portal will continue to remain open.
