Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted forwarded Thursday (Feb. 4) a ballot initiative to reduce Medicaid drug prices to Ohio’s General Assembly after making county election officials recertify the initiative. Husted’s call for recertification of the initiative, which had tens of thousand more signatures than required, so angered proponents of the initiative that they sued him .
