Medicare Actuaries’ Spending Projections Similar To Last Year's

Medicare actuaries project 5.8 percent average rate of growth in Medicare between 2014 and 2024, which is 0.1 percent higher than their 10-year projection last year and 1.1 percent points higher than the average growth in gross domestic product.
