Illinois Sets SEP As Co-Op Winds Down, Deductibles To Reset

Land of Lincoln Mutual Health Insurance announced Friday (July 22) that it will offer two 60-day special enrollment periods for consumers who will lose coverage Oct. 1 due to its pending collapse. According to an Illinois Health Matters release, the consumer-operated and -oriented plan's members may be protected from a gap in coverage or financial assistance, but new coverage will not honor payments already made toward their annual out-of-pocket limits.
