House HHS Appropriations Bill Lowers Salary Cap for Researchers

The House Appropriations Committee proposed a cut to the salary cap for researchers in the 2016 HHS draft fiscal funding bill marked up by the Labor/HHS subcommittee Wednesday (June 17). Released on Tuesday (June 16) , the draft bill proposes a reduction in salary caps from Executive Level III to Executive Level II, representing a $14,600 (or 8 percent) cut.
