FDA Finalizes Two Of Four Guides Required By Sunscreen Innovation Act

FDA finalized Friday (Oct. 7) two of the four guidances on sunscreen review processes that the agency is required to publish under the Sunscreen Innovation Act. Friday's guidances lay out the withdrawal process for a generally recognized as safe and effective (GRASE) determination request and the agency's process for convening an advisory panel to make a GRASE determination.
