The House Energy & Commerce Committee on Wednesday (June 29) subpoenaed HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell for all documents and communications regarding the agency's decision to prioritize insurers over the U.S. Treasury when allocating funding through the Affordable Care Act's reinsurance program.
