Ahead of the inaugural meeting of the Presidential Advisory Council on Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria Tuesday (Sept. 29), Keep Antibiotics Working, a group dedicated to fighting antibiotic resistance, issued a report card giving the Obama Administration a failing grade in several areas such as setting hard targets to reduce antibiotic use in livestock.
