Administration Touts ACA's Children's Coverage Gains

The White House said Thursday (Oct. 20) that the rate of uninsured children has dropped by nearly half since President Obama took office, from 9.5 percent in 2008 to 5.3 percent in 2016, and about 3 million more children now have insurance.
