U.S. Appeals Court Tosses Out IPAB Challenge By GOP Lawmakers

The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals threw out a challenge to the ACA's Independent Payment Advisory Board saying it is too early to file suit against a board that hasn't been formed and isn't expected to be activated anytime soon.
