Pharmaceutical, health insurance and state insurance and exchange officials have mixed reviews on CMS' proposal to replace drug count standards with a requirement that qualified health plans (QHPs) install pharmacy-and-therapeutics (P&T) committees in 2017 to ensure that formulary drug lists cover a sufficient number and type of prescription drugs.
