The outcome of six close gubernatorial races on Tuesday (Nov. 4) -- in Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Maine and Wisconsin, which currently have Republican governors -- could determine whether those states look to expand Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act in 2015.
