Sebelius: Loss Of Individual Mandate Would Kill Private Insurance Industry

Former HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Thursday (Nov. 13) that a move by either the Supreme Court or incoming GOP-led Congress to undermine or repeal the individual mandate in the Affordable Care Act would send the private insurance industry into a "death spiral."
