Pro GE Labeling Groups File To Intervene In Case Challenging State Law

The Center for Food Safety and the Vermont Public Interest Research Group filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit brought by the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) challenging Vermont's law requiring the labeling of foods produced with genetic engineering (GE).
