CMS: Beneficiaries' Health Outcomes Didn't Change When DME Pay Was Cut In Non-Bid Areas

CMS says it has not detected any changes in health outcomes since it implemented lower pay rates for durable medical equipment in certain non-competitive bid areas in January.
