Energy & Commerce Passes Cures Bill With $13.2B In Offsets, Eyes June Floor Vote

The House Energy and Commerce Committee Thursday morning unanimously passed 21 st Century Cures legislation that includes $13.2 billion in offsets cobbled together late Wednesday to help pay for the bill's increased funding for the National Institutes of Health and FDA.
