Administration Holds Off On SEP, Says 6M Could Face Penalties For Non-Coverage

Administration officials Wednesday (Jan. 28) stopped short of saying they would be willing to create a special enrollment period (SEP) for those who find out too late that they may be on the hook for penalties next year, instead saying that staff is completely focused on the Feb. 15 deadline for open enrollment.
