Brady, McDermott Unveil Long-Awaited Broad Medicare Anti-Fraud Bill

House Ways & Means health subcommittee chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) and Ways & Means ranking Democrat Jim McDermott (WA) introduced a wide-ranging Medicare anti-fraud bill Tuesday (Dec. 2) to the delight of some stakeholders including pharmacy benefit managers and the National Coalition on Health Care, though others expressed reservations and say outstanding questions still remain.
