Lawmakers Urge CMS To Consider A Settlement For Home Health Denials

A bipartisan group of New England senators is asking CMS to consider a settlement for face-to-face denials in the appeals process similar to what the agency recently offered to hospitals, though an industry official says CMS has not been very open to the idea.
