CMS Considers Letting ACOs Merge With Part D Plans, Medicaid; Accept Capitated Pay

CMS is considering letting accountable care organizations combine with drug plans and Medicaid and accept global payments, CMS innovation center head Patrick Conway said Tuesday (Sept. 30).
