Seniors advocates worry a proposal in a key House draft anti-fraud bill to lock high-risk beneficiaries into certain providers or pharmacies doesn't include enough beneficiary protections. The Center for Medicare Advocacy, Medicare Rights Center and AARP say beneficiaries should be allowed to challenge being designated as high-risk and they want medical professionals to create criteria for high-risk designations.
