CMS revealed Monday that it will move forward with a study that could lead to future network adequacy standards for plans offering preferred pharmacy cost sharing even though the agency backed off a contentious plan in its Part D proposed rule to immediately open preferred networks to any pharmacy willing to accept preferred cost-sharing.
