Many Uninsured Still Unaware Of Exchanges, FFM Certification Moves Forward

A new tracking poll out from Kaiser finds there may be several challenges with getting people to sign-up for coverage when open enrollment kicks off in less than a month: Nine out of 10 uninsured Americans say they were unaware open enrollment starts Nov. 15, and 66 percent says they know “only a little' or “nothing at all” about the marketplaces. Meanwhile, the insurer certification process is in full gear with federally facilitated marketplace issuers slated to return signed contracts...
