Public Citizen Asks Texas To Shutter Compounding Pharmacy Because FDA Lacks Authority

Public Citizen is asking the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to revoke the license of an Austin-based compounding pharmacy, alleging the company repeatedly and knowingly violated standard procedures for producing sterile injectable medicines based on two FDA inspections of the facility.
