E&C Eyes September Hearing On Diagnostic Working Group's Revised LDT Plan

The House Energy & Commerce Committee is looking to hold a hearing in September on a revised draft of legislation to regulate laboratory developed tests, drafted by a group of large laboratories and diagnostic manufacturers, according to industry sources.
