Legislators Press OMB To Return Sequestered User-Fees

Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-KS) and 73 other representatives recently challenged the White House Office of Management and Budget's interpretation that FDA medical product user fees are subject to sequestration, and urged OMB to return the sequestered funds to FDA.
