Issa Presses CMS To Recoup $15 Billion From New York Medicaid Program

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has asked CMS to recoup what he alleges is $15 billion in overpayments to New York's Medicaid program and to closely monitor what he views as a questionable $8 billion waiver granted to the state in April.
