Tri-Agencies To Pilot Limited Wraparound Benefits

Part-time employees and others who cannot afford job-based health insurance will now be able to supplement on-exchange plans with benefits offered by their employers, after three federal agencies on Monday (March 16) green-lighted their proposed "limited wraparound" program to begin next year.
