Obama Budget Aims To Increase CMS' Oversight Of State Exchanges

President Obama's proposed fiscal 2016 budget would help CMS develop a strategy for overseeing and monitoring state-based exchanges by bolstering current grant oversight requirements, according to the agency's budget justification.
