CMS Issues Final Notice On Basic Health Program Payment Methodology

CMS announced Thursday (Feb. 19) that it will keep its current payment methodology for calculating how much funding is doled out to states with a Basic Health Program (BHP) in program year 2016, while adjusting some factors and giving states flexibility for their own math.
