Many of the points laid out in Republican blueprints to revamp the Affordable Care Act are echoed in a new report issued last week by the nonpartisan business-led Committee for Economic Development -- a group that includes the pharmaceutical trade lobby's top official and other former drug and insurance industry leaders. Among their top asks are ending the individual and employer mandates, offering refundable tax credits, and retaining the ACA's marketplaces while allowing insurers to sell coverage across state lines...
