Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) on Tuesday (Oct. 6) introduced a bill that addresses information blocking issues the Senate health committee has been exploring as part of its work to improve electronic health records, and also sets up a health IT rating system allowing providers to more easily compare EHRs.
