CMS Proposes To Remove Antidepressants, Immunosuppressants From Protected Drug Classes

CMS on Monday proposed to remove antidepressants and immunosuppressants from Part D protected drug classes, meaning that formularies could opt to include only lower-cost generic versions of the drugs -- a plan first reported by Inside Health Policy last Friday.
