Patrick Says Governors Differ On Medicaid Flexibility As Task Force Talks Continue

The governors participating in a task force that set out to come up with bipartisan solutions to reduce states' Medicaid costs have general consensus on the importance of flexibility that states need but they still differ on whether states can exercise such flexibility under the current program, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (D) told Inside Health Policy.
