Democrats, Stakeholders Fight Bid To Strip $11 Billion From Reform Law's Prevention Fund

Democratic senators and stakeholders are urging lawmakers to reject Sen. Mike Johanns' (R-NE) amendment to the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act (H.R. 5297) that would use a majority of the health reform law's $15 billion prevention fund to offset spending in the bill.
