The House Rules Committee approved along party lines a resolution (H. Res 676) allowing congressional Republicans to move forward with a lawsuit against President Obama over the administration's decision to delay the health law's employer mandate, despite Democrats' objections that the suit would be a waste of taxpayer and insistence that House GOP members have no standing in such as case.
