House Bill Letting Group Plans Stay On Market Through 2018 Spurs White House Veto Threat

The House on Thursday (Sept. 11) in a 247-167 vote passed legislation that allows group market coverage that was available in 2013 to stay on the market through 2018, even if those plans don't comply with the ACA's market reforms.
