Updated Story About 1.8 million people who received advanced premium tax credits for their 2014 health coverage haven't reconciled credits in their tax returns as required, although at least 360,000 might do so thanks to filing extensions, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said in a July 17 letter to Senate Finance Chair Orrin Hatch (R-UT).
