House HHS Appropriations Bill Looks To Defund ACA, AHRQ, Patient-Centered Outcomes Research

The House Appropriations Committee's draft fiscal 2016 HHS funding bill would defund the Affordable Care Act, cut CMS funding by more than $300 million, dismantle the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and stop HHS from paying for patient-centered outcomes research.
