GOP Senators Back Johnson's SCOTUS Back-Up Bill, At Least 90K Use Tax SEP

GOP Sen. Ron Johnson (WI) has gained strong Republican backing for his newly unveiled fall-back plan that would let current enrollees keep their plans -- and subsidies -- through August 2017 should the Supreme Court rule in King vs. Burwell that subsidies aren't available to those enrolled in federally facilitated exchanges. Johnson's legislation also would block dissemination of additional credits and repeal the ACA's individual, employer and essential health benefit mandates.
