CMS Will Not Seek New Data As Part Of Transparency Reporting Effort

CMS will not collect any new data from qualified health plan issuers as part of the transparency reporting program created by the Affordable Care Act, the agency clarified Wednesday (Aug. 12) . Instead, it will use information that issuers have already submitted or is shown elsewhere online.
