CMS Releases Data On 2Rs, Obama Touts ACA Accomplishments

CMS last week provided issuer-specific and summarized data on two of the three risk mitigation programs, revealing that it would be doling out $7.9 billion in reinsurance claims to 437 plans. Nearly 760 plans participated in the risk adjustment program for the 2014 plan year. The agency plans to provide aggregate data on the third “R,” the risk corridor program, on August 14.
