CMS Begins Gathering Information On Employer-Based Coverage Verification System

CMS is seeking input from small businesses that can set up a system to verify employer-sponsored health coverage, after failure to ensure compliance with the employer and individual mandates landed the Obama administration in hot water earlier this year.
