President Obama again defended the Affordable Care Act on Tuesday (June 9), telling the Catholic Health Association that his signature law is fulfilling Americans' right to health insurance and should not be repealed but made stronger. The visibly frustrated president acknowledged that while there were disruptions in Healthcare.gov's debut, lawmakers can still create policies that would make a successful law even better.
