House Panel Asks Departing Governor To Save Docs Related To Cover Oregon

The House oversight committee is asking Oregon's outgoing Democratic Gov. John Kitzhaber to "preserve all documents and communications related to the implementation of Cover Oregon" and halt any destruction or alteration of those records by any state employee or contractor, according to a letter sent Feb. 13 that seeks more insight into how what is considered one of the country's most dysfunctional health insurance exchanges was run before state officials dumped it and moved to the federal exchange.
